The Impact Play Framework
A simple guide for negotiating pickup impact play. When you’re playing with someone you don’t know well, especially at a party or event, it’s worth having a detailed conversation about what the bottom wants. The guide isn’t a binding agreement, it’s a prompt for the conversation, and a checklist of what’s worth covering before you begin.
Why it exists
A conversation, not a contract
I wrote the framework to make sure I covered the key areas in every conversation, whatever the setting. It can be used as a guide for conversation, the bottom can fill it in for discussion, or the Top can use it for notes. The point is to have the conversation, not to complete the form.
Read it through together, talk it over, keep it for reference. Nothing is binding, and nothing replaces consent.
